ZOONO/STAYZON TM JOINT VENTURE

Zoono Group Limited (ASX:ZNO) is pleased to announce it has entered into a Heads of Agreement with MCS Capital Partners Pty Ltd to develop the StayzonTM retail product range in Australia and New Zealand.

StayzonTM Skin, formulated and manufactured by Zoono, is a revolutionary alcohol-free hand sanitiser offering 24 hours protection with one application. StayzonTM comes in a foam or a spray and uses “lysis” technology to sterilize and protect skin, making it widely appealing and perfect for busy mothers, workplaces and anyone requiring a fast and long acting antibacterial solutions.

StayzonTM Skin for Face controls and prevents acne by protecting skin from bacteria for 24 hours.

Stayzon Retail Ventures Pty Ltd, owned 50:50 by Zoono Group and MCS Capital Partners, will package, market and sell Zoono’s antimicrobial products, branded StayzonTM Skin, to major retail outlets through Stayzon’s distribution channels.

MCS Capital Partners Pty Limited is the sister company of Permagard Pty Ltd, Zoono Group’s Australian Distributor.

In anticipation of a major Stayzon order by one of Australia’s largest supermarket chain, Zoono is currently manufacturing 11,000 liters of product for 100,000 bottles of finished product.

“We are excited to be involved with Zoono in further developing the StayzonTM Retail Brand in Australia and New Zealand,” said CEO of MCS Capital Partners, Mr. Chris Plastow.

“Initial discussions with several major retailers who are looking for unique and innovative products has been extremely positive,” he said.

“Whilst our primary focus will be to target the skin care sector in Australia, which has an estimated value of $381.6 million, the Stayzon brand already has an established client base in the automotive industry. We supply a unique hygiene solution by way of the Zoono mini fogger (branded Stayzon) to a number of prestigious car manufacturers and many other independent automotive dealership groups within Australia,” he said.

“We are confident with this unique technology that offers so many points of difference, we will challenge market share of some of the largest names in skin care and personal hygiene.”
