ZOONO CONFIRMS EXCLUSIVE CANADIAN DISTRIBUTOR

ZOONO CONFIRMS EXCLUSIVE CANADIAN DISTRIBUTOR 

Zoono Group Limited (ASX:ZNO) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement with Zoono Protect Limited (Canada) appointing them as the Company’s exclusive Distributor partner for the Canadian market.

On signing the agreement, Zoono’s Canadian Business Development Manager, Paul Morrison, said:

“We are well down the path of gaining the required approvals for all Canadian markets and expect finalising within 30 days. We are already in talks with several potential partners for the Retail, Child Care, Health Care and Automotive sectors and as a result, Zoono Protect Limited (Canada) expects to be placing product orders in the very near future”.

Zoono Group’s Managing Director Paul Hyslop added:

“We are delighted to welcome Zoono Protect Limited (Canada) aboard. This partnership will enable Zoono’s brand presence to expand within North America – hard on the heels of the launch of Zoono brands within the 8000+ CVS Healthcare outlets across the USA [www.cvshealth.com] and Amazon.com. Once the approvals process has been completed, we expect a strong initial order and good annual volumes”.

Zoono initially appointed the Canadian Distributor in mid-2016. On appointment, the Distributor commenced the approvals process in Canada, established the company, Zoono Protect Limited (Canada), and set up offices and warehousing premises.  They are now in a position to re-sign the exclusive Distributor agreement between the established company, Zoono Protect Limited (Canada) and Zoono Group Limited ready for placement of their first orders.

This new Distribution appointment is part of Zoono’s strategy to achieve global Distribution within the next 3 years.
