APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Thursday, 27 April 2017: Zoono Group Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Paul Ravlich to the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for the Company with effect from May 1st 2017.

Paul has substantial financial and operational experience with start up’s, smaller and larger organisations in a variety of industries. Paul has held positions of CFO for The Radio Network, Head of Finance for Middlemore Hospital, CFO for Energy Mad, a listed NZX export company, and Head of NZ Banking – Finance for Westpac.

Paul is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from Massey University.
